We only ask for what we need to book and deliver your appointment – and we never sell your data.

This website, keratintreatment.ae, is operated by SAbeauti Professional Ladies Salon, Shop G002/G003, Dubai International Bowling Center, Al Mamzar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with UAE data protection law.
Information we collect
- Booking details you enter on our booking page: chosen treatments, hair length, date and time, your name, mobile number, address or location for home service, payment preference and notes.
- Messages and calls when you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Technical data such as pages visited and device type, only if analytics are enabled, collected through Google Analytics and Google Ads using cookies.
How the booking page works
The booking page does not store your booking on our servers. When you tap “Send booking on WhatsApp”, the details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device and only reach us when you send it. To save you time next visit, your name, phone number and address are remembered in your own browser (local storage); you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data. If you use the map, its search box or “Use my current location”, the pin position or the text you search for is sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service to find the address, and the map itself loads from OpenFreeMap.
How we use your information
- To confirm, schedule and deliver your appointment, including sending a specialist to your address.
- To contact you about your booking, deposits, payment links or changes.
- To improve our website and measure which pages and adverts help clients find us.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the specialist delivering your service, with service providers that help us run the business (for example WhatsApp, Google and payment providers), or when required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking records only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp at +971 50 269 9732.
Cookies
Essential storage is used to remember your booking details on your device and to let the website work offline as an app. Analytics and advertising cookies from Google may be used to understand visits to the site; you can block them in your browser settings.
