Long, soft honey-blonde hair, the look of an Olaplex bond-repair treatment

What is Olaplex?

Olaplex treatment in Dubai – repair, not a straightener

Quick answer

Olaplex is a bond-building treatment that repairs broken bonds inside the hair, making coloured, bleached or damaged hair stronger, softer and shinier. At our Dubai salon an Olaplex treatment starts from AED 265 and takes about 45 minutes; with a blow dry it starts from AED 349. Results build up with each session.

Every hair strand is held together by tiny internal bonds. Bleach, colour, heat styling and even daily brushing break some of them – which is why hair becomes dry, brittle, stretchy and prone to snapping. An Olaplex treatment works inside the hair to relink those broken bonds, restoring strength and softness from within.

What Olaplex does not do: it does not straighten your hair or change its texture. If smooth, frizz-free hair is your goal, you are looking for keratin or a Brazilian Blowout – and Olaplex is a great way to prepare damaged hair for them.

Who is it for?

Olaplex hair treatment for coloured and bleached hair

Olaplex is for any hair that has been weakened – most often by lightening and colour. You will feel the difference most if your hair:

  • Is bleached, highlighted, balayaged or lightened to blonde
  • Is coloured regularly and feels dry or straw-like
  • Feels stretchy, gummy or snaps when wet
  • Is damaged by daily straightening, curling or blow-drying
  • Needs strengthening before a keratin or Brazilian Blowout

Planning a smoothing treatment but waiting because you are pregnant or breastfeeding? Olaplex is a gentle way to keep your hair in good condition in the meantime.

How it works

Your Olaplex appointment, step by step

  1. Consultation

We check your hair’s condition, colour history and goals, and recommend Olaplex on its own, with a blow dry or with colour.

  2. Cleanse

Hair is gently washed so the treatment can reach every strand.

  3. Bond-building treatment

Olaplex is applied generously from root to tip and left to work inside the hair.

  4. Rinse and condition

The treatment is rinsed and your hair is conditioned for softness and shine.

  5. Finish

Add a smooth salon blow dry for glossy, styled hair – or towel-dry and go.

Frequently asked questions

How much is an Olaplex treatment in Dubai?

At our salon an Olaplex treatment starts from AED 265 and takes about 45 minutes. Olaplex with a blow dry starts from AED 349, and a full hair colour with Olaplex is AED 449 for short, AED 549 for medium and AED 649 for long hair. Prices include VAT and are the same for home service.

Does Olaplex straighten hair?

No. Olaplex is a bond-building repair treatment, not a straightener. It makes damaged hair stronger, softer and shinier but does not change your natural texture or remove frizz the way keratin or a Brazilian Blowout does.

How many Olaplex treatments do I need?

Olaplex results build up with each session. One treatment already makes hair feel softer and stronger; very damaged or bleached hair benefits from a series. Your specialist will suggest how often based on your hair’s condition – adding Olaplex to your colour appointments is a popular option.

Is Olaplex good for coloured and bleached hair?

Yes – that is what it is designed for. Bleaching, lightening and colouring break bonds inside the hair, and Olaplex works to relink them, so coloured, highlighted and blonde hair feels healthier and breaks less.

Can Olaplex be added to hair colour?

Yes. Our Full Hair Colour + Olaplex (AED 449 – 649) builds bond protection into your colour service, so you get rich, even colour while protecting the hair during the process.

Can I have Olaplex before a keratin or Brazilian Blowout?

Yes, and for very damaged or bleached hair we often recommend it. Strengthening the hair first helps it handle a smoothing treatment better. Your specialist will advise the best order and timing at your consultation.

Can I get an Olaplex treatment at home in Dubai?

Yes. A female specialist can carry out your Olaplex treatment at your home, hotel or office anywhere in Dubai and the UAE, with no home service fee. A minimum booking value may apply depending on your area, so it pairs well with a blow dry or colour.

Can I have Olaplex while pregnant?

We recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding for smoothing treatments, and Olaplex or our Signature Hair Spa is a gentle way to care for your hair in the meantime. If you have any concerns, check with your doctor first.
